Delivery tracking

You can track delivery by clicking on the tracking number assigned to each order number in Login -> ACCOUNT -> ORDER HISTORY -> View List.

Change delivery address

After the product preparation (payment is complete) stage, you cannot change the shipping address. Please contact us through the bulletin board or KakaoTalk channel.

Store Pickup

Products purchased from the official online mall cannot be picked up at the store.

International shipping

If you want to ship overseas, click the [KRW] button above and select [USD] to go to the English global site. When ordering from a global online mall, shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the shipping country and product weight.

Inquiry about incorrect delivery

If the product you received was delivered incorrectly, lost or damaged, please contact us through the bulletin board or KakaoTalk channel by attaching delivery information (recipient name/order number/invoice photo) and a photo of the product.

Delivery schedule

The official online mall ships same-day for orders paid for by 12 PM on weekdays. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Combined shipping inquiry

If the order numbers are different, they will all be shipped individually. If you would like combined shipping, please order with one order number.

Confirm order

You can check your order form at Login -> ACCONT -> ORDER HISTORY -> View List.

Virtual account deposit deadline

For virtual accounts, if payment is not made within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Cash receipt issuance inquiry

You can apply for a cash receipt when you select a virtual account or escrow during the order filling stage. It will be issued when you select it for personal use or business proof and enter the relevant information.

Limit product purchase quantity

The quantity per product is limited for one-time purchase. If you wish to purchase in bulk, please contact the corporate purchasing bulletin board.

After payment, order cancellation is only possible in the 'Preparing product' status, and return shipping fees will be charged if cancellation is requested from the 'Preparing for delivery' status. .
In the case of a complete cancellation during the product preparation stage, the cancellation will be processed immediately without any additional procedures. We would like to inform you that partial cancellations and virtual accounts may take some time.

Gift wrapping inquiry

When ordering from the official online mall, if you select the 'gift wrapping' option during the order filling stage, we will provide a free gift wrapping service.
We provide nonfiction signature pattern paper bag packaging service, and individual gift wrapping service is provided per quantity purchased. (Excluding exclusive ACC purchases)
* Please note that for Naver Pay purchases, the gift wrapping option cannot be applied as it is written on a separate order form provided by Naver.

Exchange and return inquiries

Exchange/Return Period: Exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days from the date of product receipt.
Exchange/return shipping fee: A round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won is charged for exchanges and returns due to a simple change of mind.
Shipping costs are only accepted by bank transfer. Please make payment to Shinhan 140-012-648990 Nonfiction Co., Ltd. using the same name as the orderer.
In case of exchange/return, you can apply directly within My Page, and you can also apply through the bulletin board or KakaoTalk channel.
If you use a third-party courier service instead of sending it through a return request from the courier company you received the product from, be sure to submit it in advance.

No reasons for exchange or return

If the seal sticker on the product box or plastic surface has been removed or the product has been used after opening. If the product is damaged or defective due to the customer's carelessness. If

You can cancel your membership by clicking the Delete Account button at the bottom of Login -> ACCOUNT -> Edit Account.

You can order through Cart -> Checkout -> Guest order.
