Shipments are sent from South Korea.  we provide all packages with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Exchange/Return Period:
Exchanges and returns are accepted through the customer center within 7 days of receipt.

· Exchange/return shipping rates
- In case of exchange/return due to simple change of mind, round-trip shipping fee will be charged. [3,000 won one way]
- For exchanges/returns due to defective products and mistaken delivery, no shipping fee is charged upon confirmation of defect.

· Exchanges/returns are not: accepted for any reason
- The product has been opened (label removed) or used
- The product box is damaged and not resalable
- For personalized items, such as engravings

How to order imprinting services

STEP 1. Enter engraving wording

Only uppercase letters, numbers, ., and spaces are allowed (up to 6 characters)

STEP 2. Place an order

Please pay for each product at the order form stage as engraving service requested products can only be shipped when ordered separately.

+The engraved text cannot be modified after payment is completed.
+The product is made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind.
+The engraving process is performed after removing the plastic packaging, so the product will be shipped without plastic packaging.
