fee: Free delivery for all products (excluding when purchasing accessories alone)

. * For Naver Pay orders, an additional shipping fee of 3,000 won to Jeju and remote islands will be charged separately. Please note that shipment may be delayed if payment is not made.

Shipping Information: Orders made before 12 PM will be shipped the same day. (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from delivery dates) *

Delivery to islands and mountainous areas may take additional days, and may be slightly delayed depending on product availability.

Returns

Exchange/return period: Exchanges/returns due to customer's change of mind must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

*However, shipping costs are excluded only in cases where the product is defective or defective.

In case of exchange or return due to simple change of mind, you will be responsible for a round-trip shipping cost of 6,000 won.


Exchange or return method:

Please apply for exchange or return through the online mall bulletin board or KakaoTalk channel: Nonfiction. (Processing will be delayed if not received)

Shipping costs must be deposited in principle, and must be paid to Shinhan 140-012-648990 Nonfiction Co., Ltd. in the same name as the orderer or recipient.

When using CJ Logistics, please submit a return directly through the app or through the main number (1588-1255), deposit the round-trip shipping cost of 6,000 won, and send it by 'cash on delivery'.

When using another courier service, please deposit 3,000 won and send the delivery fee as 'prepaid'.

- If the request for exchange/return due to change of mind is made more than 7 days from the date of receipt of the product

- Sent unilaterally without prior application If the product cannot be exchanged or refunded, it will be returned with cash on delivery.
